Support MACAC

Support MACAC. Invest in Families. Strengthen Our Community.

For more than three decades, MACAC has been a trusted anchor in the Pittsburgh community, committed to strengthening families and empowering individuals through meaningful outreach. Since its establishment in 1990, MACAC has provided critical programs, services, and resources that respond to the evolving needs of the community while promoting collaboration with organizations that share our mission.

MACAC’s work supports the whole family—from infants to seniors—through a comprehensive range of programs, including early childhood education, afterschool and mentoring programs, youth summer camp, technology access, food and clothing assistance, health and wellness initiatives, arts education, and senior services. Each program is designed to reinforce strong family values, encourage lifelong learning, and help individuals thrive socially, academically, and emotionally.

Located in a secure, renovated 38,000 square-foot former school building in Pittsburgh’s Highland Park neighborhood, MACAC provides a safe and welcoming space filled with classrooms, a gymnasium, technology labs, arts and music studios, wellness facilities, and outdoor play areas. This space allows MACAC to serve hundreds of families each year while also offering community meeting and event space and partnering with vital community services, including a health center.

Your support makes this work possible. Every contribution helps MACAC continue to provide essential programs, expand services, and reach more families who rely on our support. Together, we can strengthen families, uplift lives, and build a healthier, more connected community.
